“ On my recent trip to Las Vegas, this was the stand out food experience. Probably because it was not only delicious, but fast, and reasonably priced as well. I had the beef noodle soup with the wide noodles. It was wonderful. Very reminiscent of food I've had in Taiwan. And the green onion pancake was tasty too. Not quite as crispy as I was hoping, but still great. Would go here again in a second next time I'm near. ”
“ We were in town for a night and exhausted. Beef noodle soup sounded good after a long, cold day. We decided to grab some take out from this highly reviewed Yelp spot. Definitely worth the hype. I probably would give this place 5-stars if we ate it there. It was cool to see the guy pulling the noodles behind the glass. And the soup was still delicious despite having to travel 15 minutes back to hotel, but if we had it piping hot and the noodles fresh, I'm sure we'd have an over the top experience. Whatever the case, we're super happy with our decision to trust the Yelp community. This place is magic. Side note, we really liked the subtle flavors of the cucumbers. We've never seen a cucumber dish labeled "sweet and sour" cucumbers, but really it was just the typical pickled cucumbers with some rice wine vinegar and a hint of sugar. Super refreshing and complementary to the savory soup and salty shrimp fried rice. ”
“ Haven't been to the magic noodle in a minute and was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable their prices still are. The quality of the food has not declined either. Service was also amazing for an Asian restaurant; seemed like everyone that worked there was actually happy to be there. We got seated immediately on a Saturday at noon which was amazing, considering how long we waited for a table last time we were there. We got the cucumber for an appetizer and the flavor on that was really nice without being too overpowering. We shared the pork belly fried rice and the Szechuan spicy beef brisket noodles (hand cut). The saltiness of the fried rice complemented the spiciness of the beef noodles perfectly. It was a match made in heaven. We should've come back to this place much sooner. I have a feeling we'll be back much more often. ”
“ We were craving noodles and Magic Noodle popped up as the closet place on our map so we decided to try it. As we walked in, I didn't expect it to be so small. Thankfully there were a couple tables available. There were a lot of people eating in so we took it as a good thing. The ambiance was eh, ok...every time the door opened it was freezing because it was so windy outside. My hubby and I ordered the vegetable Chow Mein with handmade noodles and my son ordered the Brisket Soup with knife cut noodles. We also ordered the cucumber salad. The exciting part of the experience was watching the guy behind the window making the noodles. His arms must be tired by the time he goes home. The Chow Mein was good, it had a pretty fishy taste to it though. The noodles were PERFECT!! My son really enjoyed his Brisket soup, especially the knife cut noodles. The cucumber salad was DELICIOUS!!! I would love to try this place again. Not much of any vegan or vegetarian options, so it looks like I may have to get the vegetable Chow Mein with a different kind of noodle. Maybe give this place a try if you feel like having noodles and are in the area. ”
“ What's better than made man noodles in a warm delicious sauce on a chilly night? I'm not sure but this meal definitely hit the spot. We got there around 530pm on a Friday night so it wait wasn't too bad, that being said it's a small space so be prepared to wait if you have a large group or come at dinner rush. We started off with the Chinese burrito. I loved it! You've got tasty beef wrapped in scallion pancake with some kind of sauce and cucumber. Very light and I find refreshing for the palette. For my main course, I had the Dan Dan noodles and my partner had the Sichuan noodles (no sesame seeds on both). So so good! I can't wait to go back and try the brisket. ”
“ The best noodles ever; the flavors and choices were fantastic. Watching the preparation of the house made noodles added to the experience. ”
“ This place is simply amazing. We started with the beef burrito and the onion pancake - both great. Pro Tip - dip the onion pancake in the sauce from the sweet noodles - wow. We then tried some different noodles - Spicy Pork Rib Noodles (one with the hand pulled noodles and the other with flat wide noodles) --- awesome. Also tried the Sichuan Sweet Noodles and they are great too. It's all so good and with off strip prices, I would not hesitate to come back. ”
“ I'm such a sucker for a bowl of noodle soup. The Lanzhou beef noodle absolutely smacks. I think I devoured the whole thing in less than 5 minutes! The servers were super attentive and the restaurant was super cool inside with their wall art. Didn't get a picture of them because my friends were impatient, but the appetizers were also great. The sliced pork belly with garlic sauce and the black wood ear mushrooms were so full of flavor! ”
“ It's a tiny restaurant and not located in Chinatown but don't let that keep you from coming to this very good restaurant. If you are looking for freshly-made noodles, you have found your happy place. Throughout your meal, you will enjoy watching them pull the giant noodles in the open kitchen. It's almost hypnotic. The Chinese beef burrito doesn't sound or seem like an authentic Chinese dish but it's darn good and easily shareable as an appetizer. Another good appetizer is the onion pancakes. They are made absolutely fresh to order and are perfect. Of course, you must order the Beef Brisket Noodle which comes in a giant soup bowl. Depending on your appetite, you can either have this for your entire meal or share it with someone. Our server recommended the hand pull noodles over the knife cut or flat wide. I don't know the difference between any of these cuts but our noodles were amazingly fresh and delectable. The broth in this dish is deeply rich and flavorful. I wanted to try everything on the menu but my stomach and pants would not cooperate. By the way, they do NOT have a website. There are two websites online which appear to be theirs but they are not. Plenty of free parking in the lot. Fantastic, fresh noodles here. Get the Beef Brisket Noodle dish. Seriously. ”
